PPx Therapy is an aesthetic treatment that uses a revolutionary
combination of pneumatic energy and broadband light. PPx treatments are
clinically proven effective and safe treatments for the removal of uneven
pigmented, vascular lesions, sun-damaged and aging skin, including brown spots,
redness and broken capillaries.
How does it work?
A “pulling up” motion gently lifts a small amount of the treatment area into a
specially designed hygienic treatment tip. Targets (unwanted pigments and
unsightly veins) are lifted and brought closer to the skin’s surface. When
therapeutic light is applied, the light is converted to a gentle heat energy
which is absorbed by the undesired scar. The energy applied is concentrated to
the target protecting the surrounding normal tissue. Skin is then instantly
returned to its normal position
and the treatment handpiece is moved onto the next treatment area. The process
is repeated until the entire treatment area is covered.

How long does it take?
Sessions with PPx take anywhere from 3 to 20 minutes depending on the surface
requiring treatment.
Multiple sessions are generally required to fade dark pigments and scars.
Does it hurt?
