The 1064 YAG™ is a superior technology that offers comfortable treatments with little to no downtime. Our clients experience the benefits of laser treatments in a safe, controlled environment in order to heal skin imperfections with the of Alexandrite crystal laser technology. This laser technology heats deep beneath the skin (up to 3 mm in depth), and no numbing agents are required. No damage is caused to the outer layer of the skin.
Before Your Skin Care Treatment
Before your treatment, we highly recommend booking in for a free consultation so that you have an opportunity to meet our practitioner who will be conducting your treatment. This is a great opportunity to ask any and all questions that you have about our technology, facility, and what to expect during and after your treatment. We will also discuss pricing with you, as pricing can vary depending on the depth and severity of your of your stretch marks and the number of treatments needed to eradicate them.
During Your Skin Care treatment
During your treatment, you will be required to wear protective eyewear. Your practitioner will put a clear ultrasound gel on the area being treated. She will adjust the settings on the 1064 YAG according to the severity of your skin condition, and begin to slowly glide the laser head over the affected area. You may feel a warming sensation, or a sensation that is similar to a snap of a rubber band. 1064 YAG treatments can cause slight pain or discomfort as everyone’s pain tolerance level is different. Should you experience any pain or severe discomfort, be sure to tell your practitioner immediately. She can adjust the levels according to your needs. We also offer numbing agents to reduce discomfort.
After Treatment
After your treatment you may experience redness or slight swelling of the area. This is normal and should dissipate within a few days to one week. You may notice scars, stretch marks, acne, and even tattoos fading after the first treatment, however we do recommend booking additional treatments as needed to obtain optimal results. We encourage you to book a complimentary follow-up appointment to ensure your satisfaction.

When will I see results?
Results will vary from person to person. Depending on the severity of your acne, scarring, or the depth of your tattoo, you may need a number of treatments. For those with less severe skin conditions, typically 1-3 treatments are required.
