Non Surgical Rhinoplasty in Milton
Fillers are more commonly used to plump the lips, or any area of the face where there is a decrease in collagen production, (or areas that have become thinner-looking). Many individuals use fillers under the eyes to fill deep hollows caused by aging, lack of sleep, or stress. However, an increasingly popular dermal filler treatment we offer is non surgical rhinoplasty. Non surgical rhinoplasty is now an option for those wanting a less invasive alternative to cosmetic surgery. The beauty of this procedure is that we use dermal fillers to enhance and create a more defined, symmetrical look.
Dermal fillers are administered through cannula needles to minimize bruising and swelling after treatment. Cannula needles are preferred over sharp tipped needles, as often, sharp tipped needles result in more discomfort during treatments and bruising after treatment.
Why are dermal fillers a great alternative to cosmetic surgery? There is little to no downtime, anesthesia is not required, and the fillers that we use of the highest quality which means that your results will last longer. We use fillers by Juvederm®, Restylane®, and Stylage®.
Do I need Botox®, Fillers, or both for non surgical rhinoplasty?
We encourage our Milton clients to make informed decisions when it comes to injectable treatments, which is why we offer free consultations at LightTouch Med Spa.
During a free consultation, a client may have questions such as: “Do I need Botox®, fillers, or both?” Our cosmetic injector at LightTouch Med Spa can advise you through a conversation about your skincare goals, as well as provide you with a free skin analysis. Often, clients simply need dermal fillers for non surgical rhinoplasty, however, if you have fine lines around the nasolabial folds, Botox® may be a great addition to your treatment to get best results.
In the meantime, here are some points to consider…
Botox® and fillers are very different from one another, and as such have different purposes. Botox® blocks the signals sent from the nerves to the muscles, so that muscles in the treated area cannot contract. In turn this reduces the look of most lines and wrinkles.
Fillers are used to create a plumping effect and therefore are a great solution to smoothing out the look of uneven or protruding upper cartilage.
Is this procedure common?
This procedure is becoming increasingly common. More men and women have been inquiring about non surgical rhinoplasty over the last few years as the risks of cosmetic surgery are much higher than non-invasive procedures such as dermal fillers or Botox®.
Is this procedure painful?
Non surgical rhinoplasty is relatively painless. Our dermal fillers contain lidocaine, a numbing agent, in order to reduce discomfort and swelling. Therefore, our clients most often report that this type of treatment is pain-free and requires no down time.
Who will be doing my procedure?
One of our highly experienced cosmetic injectors will be administering all injectables and conducting your non surgical rhinoplasty procedure.
How much does non surgical rhinoplasty cost?
The cost of this procedure will vary from person to person. It will depend on the number of syringes needed, whether or not Botox® is needed, and what brand of dermal fillers is chosen. We recommend booking in at any of our locations for a free consultation with one of our cosmetic injectors.
Is this treatment permanent?
We do not use permanent dermal fillers at LightTouch Med Spa, therefore, this treatment is not permanent. The beauty of temporary treatments is that you are not bound to the results. Cosmetic surgery often poses many risks, and one risk is that you are left unhappy with results. If you are not 100% happy with the outcome of your treatment, we can dissolve dermal fillers, or change the look and shape of your nose based on the outcome that you desire. There is much more flexibility with dermal filler treatments.
